Preparing Commissioning Documentation Packages
Commissioning engineers compile startup test results, system verification checklists, and equipment acceptance certificates into handover packages. These must be complete, organized, and signed off before project close-out.
Workflow
- Collect all commissioning documents: test results, checklists, calibration certificates
- Scan signed checklists and certificates using a scanner or phone camera
- Convert scanned documents to PDF using Image to PDF
- Use the PDF Merger to combine all commissioning documents by system
