Workflow
- Gather all as-built documents: red-lined drawings, change orders, RFIs, inspection reports
- Scan any paper documents and convert to PDF using Image to PDF
- Use the PDF Merger to combine all documents in the required submittal order
- Use the PDF Page Organizer to insert divider pages for each section
- Use PDF Metadata Editor to tag the package with project number and completion date
- Submit the as-built package to the project owner and archive for records
