Terms of Service
Last updated: March 8, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peasy PDF and any other Peasy Tools sites (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Peasy PDF provides free online tools that run entirely in your web browser. All file processing occurs client-side — your files are never uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to process illegal content
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Peasy Tools and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to any files or content you process using our tools.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results from tools will be accurate or reliable
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peasy Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Since all processing occurs in your browser, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
