About Add Image to PDF

Place an image (JPEG or PNG) at any position on PDF pages. Use for adding logos, stamps, signatures, or decorative elements. Specify exact position and size.

How It Works

This tool uses pdf-lib to embed a JPEG or PNG image into the PDF and draw it at the specified coordinates on selected pages. The image is embedded directly — no external references.

Step by Step

  1. 1 Upload a PDF file
  2. 2 Select an image to overlay (JPEG or PNG)
  3. 3 Set the position (x, y in points) and dimensions
  4. 4 Optionally specify which pages to stamp
  5. 5 Click Stamp to apply the image
  6. 6 Download the stamped PDF

Tips

  • Use PNG images with transparent backgrounds for overlays.
  • Set height to 0 for automatic scaling that preserves aspect ratio.
  • For a logo in the corner, try x=450, y=750, width=100 on an A4 page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What image formats are supported?
JPEG and PNG images. Other formats need to be converted first.
